A great selection of options, brilliant food. Comfy bed & great and incredible position short walk to the taxi rank. Plus, 10 minutes drive from Carpe Diem Disco Club.

The location was magnificent and particularly good, near to airport, the taxi rank for Bacalar and shops and restaurants. It also was close to the shore.

I really liked it because the location is excellent, the room is comfortable and everything was OK, except the sink needed to be fixed. But I really recommend this hotel. People were friendly and nice with me and my wife.

It's a hotel for people passing through. Good proximity to the port and airport.
Room was pretty dirty...found a used condom wrapper next to the bed! Yuck!

The hotel was functional, the room was fine and I thoroughly enjoyed amicable staff. The location was EXCELLENT, within walking distance of Oxtankah Ruins. Moreover, it was adjacent to downtown on the main street across from the municipal building, many eateries and the malecon, and centre or night.

The room was neat with a lovely view of the garden. the meals were fabulous and really tasty. - the location is magnificent and incredible, very close to downtown on the main street, across from the municipal building, main avenue, malecon. - the staff were friendly, genuinely helpful towards all guests.
